Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Erfoud – Rissani – Camel riding in the Merzouga desert
“Morocco Luxury adventures” invites you to explore the Sahara Desert on a two-day desert tour from Fez to Merzouga and back. Our private driver will pick you up from your hotel in Fez. We will discover the Middle Atlas Mountains in the city of Ifrane, the famous skiing place, which is called the Switzerland of Morocco because of its architecture.
We continue our way to the Cedar Forest of Azrou, then Midelt and Errachidia.
We pass through the stunning Ziz Valley and visit the excavations in Erfoud. We explore the local market in Rissani before arriving at the Merzouga Desert.
We stop at the Sahara Desert Hotel for a cup of tea. Then we prepare for a camel ride to Merzouga camp through the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi.
You will enjoy a stunning sunset in the desert, a Berber dinner will be served near a campfire and you will enjoy the Berber music of the Bedouins.
Day 2: Merzouga Desert – Middle Atlas Mountains – Fez
Our private Fez desert tour continues in the morning after watching the spectacular sunrise. Then, after breakfast in the riad or hotel, return to Fez, passing through Erfoud, Midelt and the Middle Atlas. The private driver of “BERBER CAMP MERZOUGA” will deliver you to your accommodation.
